Woodland Pond

Integrated into a steep hillside, this woodland pond and stream are the perfect place to escape and relax after a stressful day.  Located at the far reaches of this suburban Philadelphia property, the stream appears from a rocky outcropping and tumbles over several carefully crafted ledges into the pond. PondWorks worked with an exceptional team to totally transform this bland, wooded hillside into a biologically diverse woodland.  Native trees, shrubs, and under-story plantings were key to making this area look like it was always here.
